in their General Quarter Sessions of the Peace at the
Guildhall of the said City Assembled on Monday the fiftenth
Day of April one Thousand seven hundred and Sixty five
The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St. Mary White Chapel
in the County of Middlesex
Sheweth
That by an Order or Pass Warrant dated the
twenty seventh Day of March last under the Hands and Seals
of her of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said City

Singlewoman
was Removed from the Parish of
Saint Mary Aldermary
within the said City to the said Parish
of St Mary White Chapel
in the said County of Middlesex
as the
place of her last Legal Settlement
That Your Petitioners Apprehend and are
advised that the last Legal Settlement of the said Deborah is
not in the Parish of St Mary White Chapel
And therefore Apprehend themselves to be aggrieved by the
said pass Warrant or Order of Removal and do Appeal to your
Worships against the same
Your Petitioners and Appellants therefore
humbly pray that Your Worships will to proceed to the
hearing of this their Appeal to morrow at Eleven of the
Clock, whereof the Respondants have Notice And that this
their Appeal may be Allowed with Costs
