Deft Watson on his Tryall Upon an Judictnt. for Perjury for
Saith that When he gave Notice that the Dept would put
himself on his Tryall As of their Present Session He Expected

Buton Inquiry has heard and beleives the same to be tree
That the sd. John Cormack< no role >
is not in England But is Daily
Expected And this Dept Saith That the said Terence
Reynolds at Present Lodge somewhere about Wapping
But on Inquiry there And haveing cost on Mislead a
Direction where to write to the said Terence Reynolds< no role >
He this Dept cannot at Present find him to as to give
Evidence on this Judictmt and hopes and beleives he shall
have them the sd. John Cormack< no role >
