Sheweth

That your Petitioner was Committed the 26th.
day of December last by Sir John Fielding< no role > Knight on
Oath of Isaac Dupree< no role > and John Lewis< no role > Assignees of the
Estate and Effects under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded
against your Petitioner and on Oath of Elizabeth Cane< no role >
and others for feloniously Concealing part of his said
Estate and Effects to the Amount of Twenty pounds and
upwards with intent to defraud his Creditors

Your Petitioner therefore most humbly prays
to be Tryed Bailed or Discharged at the
present Sessions
