Before me one of this Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex
touching the Death of
one Elizabeth Allen< no role >
of which she's accused.
This Examinant Says that she & the deceased
lived together in a Room in Old Street
going on of four
months till this Examinant & her Sister had some
falling out about her keeping Company with her ( [..]
deced) after which the deceased went into a Room
over head but came to her every Day & they used to
eat & drink together That on the Morning the
Accident happen'd Will Draper< no role >
came to her and ask
for the Deced on which she call'd her down and Draper
sent this Examinant out to fetch a Dram and about
a quarter of an hour afterwards offer'd to give [..]
Shaw of a Pot of Purl Says they went to Mr. Hale
at the Cart & Horse where they drank two or three pots
of Purl & some Liquor as the thinks Says as She [..]
and the deceased were sitting together she call'd her
Whore to which this Examinant say'd very well Bet [..]
if you call me whore you & I will be very Angry
She Say'd "then you are a Whore" and up'd with her
fist and gave her this Examt. a Blow and being ask'd
what part sayd the Head This Examinant acknow-
ledges that she then heaved the little Beer that was
in the Pint and the Pot hit her but did not design to
do it and denies using any of the Wicked Expressions
now alledged by Mrs. Hale & her Daughter nor gave her
Push with her Arm.
