and William Bradley< no role > of the Parish of Saint George Bloomsbury
in the County of Middlesex Gentleman Severally make Oath and
say And first this Deponent William Jones< no role > for himself Saith
that he is informed and verily believes it to be true that two
several Bills of Indictment have been found against this
Deponent yesterday by the Grand Jury for the City of London
at the Prosecution of the said Principal Officers and Commissioner
the one for Felony and the other for a Misdemenor And this
Deponent further Saith that Paul Price of the Town of Carditt
in the County of Glamorginshire South Wales School master
is a Material Evidence for this Deponent on the said several
Indictments without whose Testimony this Deponent is
advised and verily believes this Deponent cannot Safely
take his Tryal on the said Indictments or either of them
this present Sessions for that the said Town of Cardiff
where the said Paul Price< no role > lives and resides is above One
Hundred and Sixty Miles distant from London and
therefore he cannot have the Benefit of his Testimony at
this present Sessions But this Deponent Saith that
he will cause a Subpena to be imediatly Issued against
him and procure the same to be served on him so that he
may attend at the next Sessions when this Deponent will
be prepared to take his Tryal on the said several
