Octor. last Dept. who lies in a Bed opposite to
Haywood's Bed in the same Ward went to her Bedside and askedas
Haywoodher how she did who answered she was
very bad and complained much of her Bowells;
thatsometimesoon after this, that is to say, between
8 or 9 in the Evening Dept. saw Mary Evans< no role >

nurse Card her from the Necessary to tied, that she
was put in to Bed, that the Sister Nurse declared
they thought there was something more then common & sent
for a Mid wife who soon afterwards came there
with the Sister & the Nurse examined Haywood,

brought to Bed of a Child that Dept. saw the
Necessary soon after & the Seat of it & the Floor
all which were very bloody.
