shod. get cold; that Hayes and said she was in so much

that Dept. then acquainted the Sister with what she
said who desired Dept. to go there again & oblige
Hayward to come out, wch Dept. did & assisted her
to her Bed; that Dept.thenimmediately then
examined the Necessary & found the Seat & Floor
to be very Bloody from which he this Dept. conjectured that
there was something more then common and on
Depts. directly examining the place again she

brought to Bed of a Child. Says she acquainted the

having been delivered of a Child which she answered
she knew nothing of the matter Says she was
present when the Sister examined Haywood's Bed
when it appeared in the Condition a Bed usual is
