For Felony

Charles Massey< no role > of the Inner Temple London Agent to the Sollicitor
for the Affairs of the Admiralty and Navy maketh Oath and saith
That the abovenamed Thomas Goswell< no role > having been committed so lately
as on the Tenth instant there has not been Time sufficient for the Crown
to make the necessary Preparations for and to bring on the Trial of
the said Thomas Goswell< no role > at this present Session holding at Justice Hall
in the Old Bailey and that there are as this Deponent believes several
very material Witnesses on Behalf of the Crown whom this Deponent
had not Time sufficient to subpana and compel to appear at this
Session, but says he believes he shall be able to proceed then to attend
at the next Sessions to be holden at Justice Hall aforesaid.
