Who being on Oath Says that he made out three Letters of
Attorney now Produced Impowering one Richd: Hughes< no role > of
St. Clemments Deans , to Sell, Assign, and Transferr the differt.
Sums of Joynt Stock Expressed in the same [..] to be Standing
in the Name of Benjamin Hughes< no role > ; And this Informant farther
Says that the aforesaid Letters of Attorney were returned to the
Letter of Attorney Office on the South Sea House Executed as
they now are, and that bytheVirtue of them the aforesd. Joynt
Stock Standing on the Name of Benjamin Hughs< no role > was Transferd.
by one Richard Hughes< no role > who Called himself the Attorney went in the
aforesaid Letters of Attorney, And that he Signed the Transferr
Book Accordingly
