The Humble Petition of Richard Hughes< no role >

Sheweth

That your Petr. was on the 19th. day of January last comitted
to the said Goal of Newgate by John Fielding< no role > Esqr . one of his Majestie's
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex , being charged with feloniously
publishing as true three false & forged Letters of Attorney, as appears by the
copy of Comitment hereunto annex'd

Yor. Petr. therefore most humbly prays that
Yor. Lordships will be pleased to Order that
Yor Petr. may be tryed bailed or discharged
as this present session pursuant to the statued
in such Case made & provided

And Yor. Pet. shall ever pray
