Sheweth
That by a Pass or Order of Removal under the hands
& Seals of the said Stephen Theodore Janssen Esqr. Lord Mayor
and
Francis Cokayne< no role >

. two of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the said City and Liberty's (whereof one is of the
Quorum) bearing date the twelfth Day of November 1754

was Removed from the parish
of St. Giles without Cripplegate
in the said City to the
Parish of St. Matthew Bethnal Green
in the County of
Middlesex
as the place of her last legal Settlement.
That Your Petitioners and Appellants apprehending
themselves to be Aggrieved by the said Order of the said two Justices
Do Appeal to this Court against the Same
Your Petitioners & Appellants therefore pray
that this Court will appoint a day this present
Session for the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor of the said Parish of St. Giles
Londn. & all other
Persons concerned to Attend this Court to hear & abide
the Judgment and Determination of the Same
touching this Appeal And that Your Petitioners
& Appellants may be Relieved as this Court Shall
See meet.
