to View a Party Wall between a House belonging to
Lord Bateman and in the Occupation of Richd Wilson< no role > in
the Poultry , and a Small House belonging to the Said Cockerton
We did on Novr: ye 3d last past, View the Same, and we do
declare to the Said Court, & to whomsoever it may Concern, that
the said Party wall is very ruinous, Old, and Utterly unfit to
Stand, and Ought to be pulled down, or Under pinnd and
Secur'd; at least from the letter; to the floor of the one pair
of Stairs. And there being a Door case in the Party wall
put in by former Tennents we think shoud be taken out to
and the Wall properly filld up with Brickworth only.
