Cripplegate London andthe Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Christ Church London

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us two of
His Majesties Justices of the Peace for this City and the
Liberties thereof one being of the Quorum by the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Giles
London That
Hannah Charlsworth< no role > Widow of Moses Charlsworth< no role > deced
and their Child Elizabeth< no role > aged Twelve Years are
lately come to reside in your said Parish not having obtaind any
Legal Settlement there and are likely to become chargeable
thereto unless timely prevented Which Complaint We judge to
be true and for as much as it appears unto Us by the Oath of
the said Hannah Charlsworth< no role > and other Circumstances
that the last legal Settlement of her this Deponent and
of her said Child is in the said Parish of ChristChurch
And no other Subsequent Settlement appearing unto Us We the
Said Justices are of opinion and do Adjudge the last Legal
Settlement of the said Hannah Charlsworth< no role > and
Child
to be in the said Parish of Christ Church
And that thitherto they ought by Law
to be sent

These are therefore in his Majesties Name to Will and
Require You the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Giles
London forthwith to Remove and Convey the said
Hannah Charlsworth< no role > and Child
from and out of your said Parish unto the said Parish of
Christ Church
And them deliver unto the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor there or one of them Who is one are hereby required
to Receive and Provide for them according to Law Given
under our hands and Seals this Forthday of Decr.
one Thousand Seven hundred and Fifty four
