The humble Petition & appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the parish of St Clemt. Danes in the County of
Middlesex

Sheweth

That by a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands
& Seals of two of his Majesties Justices of the peace for
the sd. City of London (one of the Quorum) bearing Date
the 13th. Day of April Inst. Eliz Neat< no role > Widow . of John Neat< no role >
decd. and their Child Ann< no role > aged 13 yrs. were removed
from the Parish of St. Ann in Blackfryers Londn.
to the aforesd. Parish of St Clemt. Danes as the
place of their last legal Settlemt. whereby your
Petitioners conceive themselves agrieved and agt.
the sd. Order do appeal

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
pray that the Benefit of their
sd. Appeal may be Saved unto them
and that the hearing & Determining
thereof may be adjourned to the
next general Quarter Session of
the peace to be holden for this City
