Severally make oath and say And First this Deponent Levy Joshua
for himself saith that he this Deponent and One Jacob Aaron< no role >
bound in a Recognizance for the Defendants appearance at this
Present Session of Oyer and Terminer To Prosecute his Traverse in
the above Cause with Effect And this Deponent further saith that the
said Defendant is now in Newgate Charged with Several Actions for
Debt which is the reason that the said Defendant doth not appear to
try his said Traverse Pursuant to the Condition of his said
