London Shopkeeper and Aaron Polock< no role > the Younger of Sweet aple Court
Bishopgate Street in London aforesaid Dealer in Exchange alley
Severally make oath and say And First this Deponent Levy Joshua
for himself saith that he this Deponent and One Jacob Aaron< no role >
bound in a Recognizance for the Defendants appearance at this
Present Session of Oyer and Terminer To Prosecute his Traverse in
the above Cause with Effect And this Deponent further saith that the
said Defendant is now in Newgate Charged with Several Actions for
Debt which is the reason that the said Defendant doth not appear to
try his said Traverse Pursuant to the Condition of his said
Recognizance and it is also the reason why he this Deponent and the
said other Bail have him not here now According to the Condition of the
said Recognizance The Other Deponent Aaron Polock< no role > for himself
saith That he this Deponent did on Thursday the fourth day of the
Instant September Personally Serve Jacob Lewis Oppenhein
the Prosecutor in this Cause with the Notice hereunto annext
by Delivering a True Copy thereof to the said Jacob Lewis
