For Perjury

Take notice I shall move the Courts at the next General Session of Oyer
and Terminer to be held for the City of London at Justice hall in the Old
Bayley within the Suburbs of the said City on Wednesday the tenth day of
this Instant September (or so Soon after the Trials of the Several Tretoris
now in Newgate are over and I can be heard) to have the Trial of my
Traverse in this Cause put of until the following Session of Oyer and
Terminer to be held for the said City for that I am not able to take my
Trial at the said next Session by reason of my Confinment in Newgate
at Your Suit and at the Suit of others by Your Procurement for Debt Dated
this 4th Day of September 1755
