ordered his Servant

to Carry her before a Magistrate and the said Susannah
Woodcock was as this Deponent hath been informed and believes
on the Information of the said
George Osman< no role >
and two other
Persons committed to the Compter And this Deponent further
saith that at the time this Deponent should have attended to
have had a Bill found against the said Susanna Woodcock this
Deponents Wife was taken dangerously ill And of that
illness is since dead So that this Deponent was incapable of
transacting his Affairs or appearing to prosecute the said
Susanna Woodcock< no role >
as otherwise he would have done
