Yesterday morning by Mr. Barriff the prosecutor
as by him herein before Deposed he this Deponent
made himself Ready and came with him directly
to attend this Honourable Court on the Tryal. And
further these Deponents for themselves severally
say that they had great regard to the Ten or of
their Recognizance and they were very desirous
that that the said Edward Hill< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. should be brot.
to Justice for the said Felony and are Extremely
sorry that they were not attending in due time
for his Trial and lastly that they did not absent
themselves wilfully or with the least view to
favour the said Prisoner.
