Maketh Oath and Saith That he this Deponent together with Jacob
Aaron
< no role > became bail and Entered into a Recognizance at the last
Session for Defendants Personal Appearance at this Session
To Prosecute his Traverse in the above Cause With Effect Etc
And this Deponent further saith that the said Defendant is nor
in the Custody of the Sheriffs of London at the Poultry Compter
for Debt at the Suit of Several Persons by Which Means
the said Defendant is rendered Unable to attend this
Honourable Court Pursuant to the Condition of his said
Recognizance Nor is this Deponent Or the other bail able to
Produce him Now at this Court for the reasons Above mentioned

Sworn at Justice hall in the
Old Bailey London the Fourth
Day of July 1755 .
