of John Pickhaver< no role >

Ezra Ridgard< no role > of the Parish of St. Andrew's Holbourn
in the County of Middlesex Distiller the said Defendt: and Richard
Hutchinson
< no role > of the Parke Southwark in the County of Surryy Gent
severally make Oath And first the said Ezra Ridgard< no role > for himself
saith that he was Indicted by the said Prosecutor for Perjury on an
Affidavit made by this Depont: in the Marshalsea Court And this
Depon:t saith that at the last Session he pleaded to the said Indictmt.
and intended to have Tryed the Fraverse of the said Indictmt:
at this Present Session but after a Diligent Enquiry this Dept.
was Informed by Jane< no role > the Wife of John Maxfield< no role > that he said
Husband John Maxfield< no role > was gone to Bristol on sand Extra ordinary
Busyness and from thence was to go to Ireland and is not
Expected to return to England and London before February or
March next And this Depont: lastly Saith that the said John
Maxfield is a very Material Witness for this Depont. in respect
to the Defenors of the said Incdictmt: he being prieyt to the
Transactions and Doahings that this Depont: and prosecutor
had particularly relateing to the supposed Perjury and without
whose Testimony this Depont: cannot safely proceed to the
Fayal of the aforesaid Traverse As this Depont. is Advised
and verify Believes Richard Hutchinson< no role > the other Depont.
for himself saith that he did on the Sixteenth day of Janry:
instants noe John Pickhaver< no role > ( the said Prosecutor) with
a true Copy of the William Notice here unto Annexed by
delivering the same to his Wife at the said Pick havers
house near Moore Fields
