The King
against
Ann Knight< no role >

Mary Hayes< no role > of the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the County of
Middlesex Widow maketh Oath that she formerly knew and very well remembers
the Defendant now a Prisoner in Newgate and that she the said Ann Knight< no role >
about Seventeenthyears [..] was together with one Elizabeth Tracy< no role > tried and
Convicted in this Court of High Treason for Coining money and received Judgment
of Death but that she afterwards (as this Deponent has heard and beleives)
received the Kings Mercy on Condition of Transportation of Life
