Maketh Oath and Saith that She this Deponent well
Knows the Prosecutor Hal Danby Moore with whom
She hath been long Acquainted and that the Defendant
Hill has lodged at her this Deponents house for near
this three years last past And this Deponent further
Saith that since the latter End of April last the Said
Prosecutor Moore hath Frequently Down to this time
Come to her this Deponents House to See the Defendant
Hill and in perticular on the fourteenth Day of this
Instant September and in the presence and hearing of
her this Deponent told the Said Defendant Hill that
he would never hurt or appear against him the said Hill on
the Bill of Indictment found against him and the
Other Defendants or words to that or the like Effect
