Take Notice that the Court of Oyer and Terminer for the City of
London held at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey will be moved on Friday
next or as soon after as Councill can be heard that the Trial of the above
Indictment by your Preferred against me may be put off until the
Sessions to be held in the Month of October next by reason of the
Absence of a material Witness Dated this twenty Second day of
May 1751 .
