aforesaid Bargemen
with
the Felonious Stealing on the Sixth or Seventh day of February last out of the Barge of William last of Henbly upon
Thames aforesaid Berguaster lying at Broken Wharf
in the City of
London three Sarko full of Malt to the value of one Pound
ten shillings and Nine pence He the said Thomas Buckett< no role >
otherwise Pound upon his examination now taken by me
Confesseth that he Sold and delivered three Sarke full
of Malt out of the said Barge to Walter Brooks< no role >
of Broken
Wharf for one Pound and four shillings some tyme in
the beginning of the Month of February last and saith that
the said Walter Brooks< no role >
paid this Examinant the said
one Pound and four shillings for the said Malt and
this examinant Saith that when the said Walter Brooks< no role >
came on
Board the said Barge asked this Examinant if he had a Spare
Sack of Malt so dispose of
