Severally Maketh Oath and first the Deponent
Atkin Saith that to this Deponent Was actually is Custody of the keeper of
Ludgate
on the first day January 1747 for Debt and as such is upon the list
of Prisoners Sworn to by the said Keeper before this Honble Court and this
Deponent Saith that he was brought up before the Said Court on Tuesday
the 13th. Instant and on Thursday the 15th. Instant in Order to be dischar'd
from his Imprisonment and was fully Prepared with the other Deponent
his Summonser attending for that purpose and this Deponent further
Saith that aktho the Said Keeper tooke upon him to Say that this Deponas was
not ready is was without the Privity Knowledge Consent or Directors of his this
Deponent and the Other Deponants

for himself saith that he
this Deponent did serve the Summonses of the said Atkin and did attend
the said Court on the 13th. and 15th. Instant in Order to testify the Service
of the said Summonses
