for an Assault upon Joseph Pratt< no role >

Ralph Brewer< no role > of the Parish of Saint Giles in the Yard
of Cripplegate without London Labourer Maketh Oath that
he well knew the abovenamed Joseph Pratt< no role > in his Lifetime
who was the Prosecutor of this Indictment and this Deponent
further saith that the said Joseph Pratt< no role > is to this Deponent
Knowledge now Dead, And Did Depart the Life on or about
the fourth Day of this Instant April, as this Deponent beleive
he this Deponent having Since Seen the Body of the said Joseph
Pratt Dead and is since Buryed

Sworn at Grocers Hall London
the 13th Day of April 1748 .
