The humble Petition and Appeal of Geo: Whitmore< no role >
one of the Inhabitants of this Parish of Saint
Bartholomew the Less in the said City of London

Humbly Sheweth

That your Petitioner is by a Rate or Assessment
made and Confirmed for the Maintenance of the
Poor of the Parish aforesaid from the 19th. of July to
to the 19th. of Octor. Last upon the Inhabitants of the said
Parish Unequally, Unjustly, and [..] Charged
in the said Rate

Yours Petitioners therefore Most humbly
Appeals to this Honble Court and
Prays to be relieved in the premess.
And Your Petitioner shall ever
