To the Rt. Honourable the Lord Mayor of the City of
of London and the rest of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said City in their General Quarter Sessions of the Peace
at the Guild Hall of the Said City Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwarden and
Overseers of the Poor of that part of the Parish of St. Sepulchre lyeing
in the County of Middlesex .

Sheweth


That by Warrant or Order Under the Hands
and Seales of Sir John Salter< no role > Kt. Lord Mayor of the Said
City of London and Humphrey Parsons< no role > Esqr . Two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the Said City (One being of the Quorum)
bearing Date the Twenty Seventh Day of November last past
Elizabeth< no role > the Wife Peter Tattersell< no role > with Elizabeth< no role > their Child
Aged about Two years were Removed and Conveyed from that
part of the Parish of St. Sepulchre which is within the City of
London to that part of the Said Parish of St. Sepulchre which is
in the Said County of Middlesex as the Place of their last
Legall Settlement.

Your Petitioners Conceiving they are
Aggrieved by the said Warrant Order of the
Said Two Justices Humbly Appeal to this
Honourable Court for reliefe

And your Petitioners shall for Ever pray Etc
