Lord Mayor of the City of London and the rest of his
Majestys Justices of the peace for the said City
[..] in their General Quarter Sessions assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the Pari [..] Saint James
in Dukes P [..] London

Sheweth


That Grace Cue< no role > Singlewoman was by Order or
Pass Warrant dated the tenth day of this Instant October
under the hands & seals of you the said Micajah Perry< no role >
Esquire & of Sir John Barnard< no role > Knight two of his Majestys
Justices of the said City & Liberties thereof (one being of the
Quorum) removed & conveyed from the Parish of St. Botolph
without Bishopsgate unto the said Parish of Sr. James in
Dukes Place .

That your Petitioners humbly conceiving
themselves aggrieved thereby Appeal to this
Honourable Court for such Relief in the Parish
as this Court shall think proper.

And your Petitioners Shall ever pray
Etc.
