Know all men by these psents that Thomas Standbrook Howell< no role > of the
Parish of Saint Gregory near St. Pauls London Yeoman
have remised, released, and for ever quitt claymed And by these
prsents doe remise, release and for ever quitt clayme unto
Jonas Seabrook< no role > and William Seabrook< no role > both of the Parish of Holy
Trinity London their and either of their Hires Executors and Administrators All
and all manner of Accon and Accons Cause and Causes of
Accon Suites, Bills, Bonds, Writings, obligatories, Debts, Dues,
Duties, Accompts, Sume and Sumes of money Judgments,
Execucons, Extents, Quarrels, Controversies Trespasses
Damages and Demands, whatsoever both in Law and
Equitie or otherwise howsoever which against the said
Jonas Seabrook< no role > and William Seabrook< no role >
over had and which I my Heires
Executors or Administrators Shall or may have clayme
challenge or demand for or by reason or meanes of any
matter cause or thing whatsoever from the begining of
the World unto the day of the date of these presents In
Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seale
the Sixthday of Augustin the Thirteenth
year of the reigne of our Sovereigne Lord George the
Secondby the grace of God of Great Britaine France
