Lord Mayor of the City of London and the
rest of the Worshipfull the Justices of
the Peace of the said City in their General
Quarters Sessions assembled

The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St. Mary Newington in the County of Surry

Sheweth


That by Vertue of an Order or Pass Warrt.
under the Hands and Seals of two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the said City of London (one
being of the Quorum) bearing Date the Ninth day of
February 1738 Whereby Martha Page< no role > Wife of
Thomas Page< no role > and her three Children were
removed from and out of the Parish of St. Botolph
without Bishopsgate London into our Said Parish
of St. Mary Newington in the County of Surry
as the Place of their last legall Settlement

Yor Petrs Conceiving themselves Aggrieved
by the said Order or Pass Warrant & humbly
Appeal agt. the same and Pray such releif
in the Premisses as to this Honourable Cost
Shall seem meet

And Yor Petrs shall ever pray Etc
