been served on Mr: Willm: Hawes< no role > , Chief Clerk to
the Survey our of his Matys Navy, for his
appear and to serve as a Juryman at Justice Hall
on Wednesday the 21st. instant But as by the
nature of his Employment heir obliged to a
constant attendance on this Board, and as he
cannot be spared from his Duty. wihtout
prejudice to his Matys Servia. We desire
you will appear for him at that time, and
get him excused as well from this as any
future attendance on the Like occasion.
