Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
parish of Saint Margarett Pattons London
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands
and Seales of two of his Majestyes Justices of the peace
for the City of London
(one of the Quorum) bearing Date
the nineteenth Day of February one thousand seven
hundred and thirty three

as the Place of their last legall Settlement
Your Petitioners humbly conceiving themselves
aggreived by the said Order and Judgmt. of the
said two Justices humbly appeale to this honble
Court for Releife in the Premises
