Worshipfull in Majestyes Justices of the
Peace for the said City and Libertys in their
Quarter Sessions of the Peace assembled

The Humble Petition and appeale of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of St Dunstan in
in the East London

Sheweth

That by an order under the hands and seales of two
of his Matys Justices of the Peace for the said City One being
of the Quorum bearing Date the Eighth Day of March last
Mary Fox< no role > Widow of Jacob Fox< no role > Deced is removed from the
[..] Princinct of White Fryers London to the said
parish of St Dunstan in the East As the Place oftheher
last Legall settlement

Yor Petitioners therefore thinking them-
selves aggrieved by the Judgemt of the
Said two Justices appeale against the sd
order and humbly desire this Court will
make such order therein as to Your Lordship
and Worships shall seem meet

And Yor Petitionrs shall ever
Pray and so forth
