Dickenson demanded of the persons, that act as Secretary and Accomplant
to the sd. Compary, to have a Sight and Copy of the Minutes
Resolutions or orders made by the said Company in the General
Court held the 22d December 1721 And the sd Accomplant
informed this Depont. That he had been the sd Minutes Resolucons
or Orders, but that he had not them in his possession, nor
did he know, when the same were, And the sd. Secretary declared
that he had not the sd Minutes Resolutions or Orders in his Custody
nor did he know where they were and therefore could not produce
or Shew the Sauce as was desired or to that Effect, And the
sd. Dept. Pleydel Coarteen farther sayth, that he is advised
he cannot Safety proceed to Fryal without the said Minutes
Resolutions and Ordens: and the sd Depont Joacob Bonnets< no role >
sayth, that he was present, when the shed Cley det Coarshent
made Such Demand of the persons now acting at
Secretary and Accomplant of the sd Company in taken
to the Minutes Resolutions or Orders of the sd General Court in
December 1721 And that they gave such Answers thereto
as is herein before Setforth by the said Cleydet Courteer or to that
Effect.
