The humble Petition & Appeal of the Church Wardens
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of St Mary Woolnothchurch
London
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Warrant under the hands and Seals of two of
his Maties Justices of the peace for the City of London (Quor unus) bearing Date
the third day of October last

his wife
were sent and Delivered by the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the parish of St. Anne in Black fryers London
to the said parish
of St. Mary Woolchurch London alledging the said parish to
be the place of their last Legal Settlement.
That your Peticoners conceive themselves agrieved
by the said Warrt: and Judgemt: of the said two Justices
and Doe most humbly Appeal to your Honr. & Worps
therefrom.
Your Petrs: therefore most humbly pray
your honr. & Worps. will be pleased to hear
them in the premisses & Order that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the
said parish of St. Anne in Black fryers
may appear before you & hear and abide
the Determinacon of this Court touching
the said Appeal
And they shall ever pray Etc.
