The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of
St. Margaret Westmr. in the County of Middx

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a pass Warrt. under the hands & Seals
of the Rt Honble Sir John Fryer< no role > Lord Mayor of the said
City of London & Sr. Gerrard Conyers< no role > Knt . two of his Mats.
Justices of the Peace for the Said City bearing Date the 27th.
day of April last Jonathan Showers< no role > Abigail < no role > his Wife
and their Six Children were removed from and out of the
Parish of St Botolph without Bishopsgate London
to the said Parish of St Margaret Westmr. as the place of
their Lawfull Settlemt.

That Your Petrs. thinking themselves thereby agreived
most humbly pray this Worll. Court that they
may be heard by their Council against the said
Ordr. of Removal & in favour of their
appeal, And that this Court will accordingly
Determine the same.
