of the City of London , and to the Rt. Worpfull the rest
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said City &
the Libties thereof in their Genall Quarter Sessions
Assembled.

The Humble Peticon and Appeale of
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Alhallows Staining
London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands & Seales of Two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said City of London and the Liberties thereof
(Quox unus) bearing Date the Twenty fourth Day of
January last past Elizabeth Smith< no role > Wife of Charles Smith< no role >
with four Children vizt. Mary < no role > aged about Nine years,
Elizabeth < no role > about Eight years, Richard < no role > about five years and
Sarah < no role > about Two years were removed from the Parish of
St. Giles without Cripplegate London unto the Parish of
Alhallows Staining London aforesaid, alledging the said Parish
of Alhallows Staining to be the Place of their last legall
Settlement

That your Petrs. Conceiving themselves Agreived
by the said Warrant or Order of the said Two Justices
as aforesaid Do humbly Appeale to yor. Lordship
& Worps therefrom and humbly pray That yor.
Lords & Worps will be pleased to hear them
Concerning the Prmisses And that the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of [..]
Giles witht. Cripplegate London may appear [..]
before you and hear & abide the Judgment [..]
Determinacon of your Lordp & Worps touching
this Appeall.
