the rest of his Majesties Justices of the peace at the Generall Quarter Sessions
of the peace for the City of London assembled

The Humble Peticon and appeale of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of
the parish of Saint Michael Cornhill Lond

Sheweth,


That by Virtue of a Warrant under the hands and
Seales of two of his Majesties Justices of the peace
(Quox unus) for the City aforesaid bearing date the
16th day of November Anno Dm 1720 Jane Burdett< no role >
Widow and Jane < no role > her Daughter were removed from
the parish of Allhallows on the Wall London to the
parish of Saint Michael Cornhill aforesaid alledging
the said parish to be the place of the last legall
Settlement of Robert Burdett< no role > Sen Father of Robert
Burdett
< no role > Jun the Husband of the said Jane Burdett< no role >
the Mother,

That your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggreived by the said Warrant and Judgement of
the said two Justices and do most humbly
appeale to your Lordship and Worships therefrom

Your Petitioners therefore do most
humbly pray they may be heard in
the premisses and that the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the poor
of the parish of Allhallowes on the
Wall London may appeare before
you and hear and abide by the
Determinacon of your Lordp and
Worships touching the said appeale

And your Petitioners Shall pray Etc
