before the next Generall Quarter Sessions to be held in and for
the Said City Deliver or Cause to be delivered to the Sollicitor
for the Said Churchwardens and Overseers A particular
Account of the Names of such persons who are Over rated
and Under rated As also of Such who are Omitted to be rated
and Assessed being of Ability and ought to pay towards the
Reliefe of the Said poor And to Enable the appellants So to Doe
It is further ordered that the Collectors of the Land Tax for
the Said parish Doe Permitt the Said Appellants or their
Sollicitor to peruse And Coppy out so much of the Said Land tax books
