The Informacon of Mary Ann Beardsley< no role >

Sayes that She is nine yeares and an half old, went
to School to Learn plain work with Mrs Mason at
whose house Henry Mason< no role > her husband Assaulted
and tooke her into the Garrat in his house and noe
other person there And offered rudeness to her laid
her on a Trunk and forcibly Entred her body and on
the twenty Sixth day of July last [..] calld her in the
Entry men took her in [..] his Arms and repeated
the Same force Again by which means her body
is very much hurt And this Informt. Says that the first time gave her a farthing he
threatned to beat her if she told any body and that
on Sunday last it was discovered by her mother
Shiffting her And then and not before she told
the whole Matter to her Mother.
