Assault & threaten this Informt. & particularly

drew his Sword & run at this Inforrmant
that he narrowly escaped with his life by run-
ning into his own house & the sd Mr. Ingland
in pursuit of this Informt. & run his Sword
against the door near where this Infromt. Sat
down and this Informt further Saith that
he Craves the peace agt the sd Wm Ingland< no role >
for that he goes in danger of his life or Some
bodily learm that he will do or cause to be done
unto him this Informt
