That by Virtue of Warrant under the hands Seals of hoe of her Maties
Justices of the peace within this City (one being of the Quorm) bearing date
the Thirteenth Day of August last past

was removed from the parish of
St Andrew Holborn
London into the said Parish of St Gregory by St Pauls
alleadging the said parish to be the place of their last legall Settlement
That your Petitioners doubt not but to prove that the said
Eleanor Lane< no role >
never had any legall Settlement in the said
Parish aggreived by the said Warrant and Judgment of the
said two Justices and do humbly appeal to yor Psonr and Worpps
therefrom
Your Petitioners therefore most humbly
pray your Honr and Worpps will be
pleased to hear them in the prmisses and
that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the said parish of St Andrew Holborn
may appear before you and hear and abide
the Determination of your Honr & Worpps
touching this Appeal
