Compt: being this day made unto us, whose hands & Seals, are hereunto Sett,
two of her Majt: Justices of the peace for this City & Liberties thereof (Quorun)
by you the Churchwardens, & Overseers for the poore of the parrish of St. Stephen
Colman That Rachell Gardner< no role > al Hill [..] is come into your psh, & is become
chargeable thereunto: And for as much as it appeereth unto us the said
Justices upon the Oath of the St Rachell Gardner< no role > at Hill; that she was
borne in the psh of St. Michall Bassingshaw , & since hath obtaynd noe
other settlement: Wee doe therefore Adjudge the sd Parrish of St Mich
Bassingshaw to be the Legall Settlement of the sd. Rachell Gardner< no role > at
Hill:

These are therefore in her Majesties name
requiring you the Churchwardens and Overseers for the poore of the
psh of St Stephen Colman Streetes forthwith upon sight hereof to convey the said
Rachell Gardner< no role > at Hill into the Psh of St. Michll Bassingshaw
deliverring her to the Churchwardens, & Overseers for the poore thereof
or some one of them Notice are hereby required to find [..] provide
for according to Law: Hereof faile not at your perrills: Given
under our hands & Seals this fourth day of July 1713
