The Informacon of Edward Spencer< no role > taken before
Mr Sr Richard Hoare< no role > Knt Lord Mayor of the City of
London this 12th day of March Anno Dui 1712

This Informant saith that some time in the months of February last
was [..] twelve month this Informant together withe John Stevenson< no role >
and Simon Browne< no role > broke open a Barbers Shop about six door
below the corner of Long Acre in Drury Lane and tooke thereout
two perukes and some hair out of a Banbox in the sd Shope
and sold the same to one Mary Souns< no role > then living at Hockly
in the hole for eight shillings And his Informant likewise
saith that on the same night they broke open the sd Barber
Shop, they also broke open a Poulterers Shop in Clare Markett
and tooke thereout eighteen fowls some of which they sold to
Elizabeth Hart< no role > living in Cox at Ally in Lickabone Streete

This Informant further saiths that about seven weekes since
this Informant together with Andrew Harper< no role > and James
Goswell
< no role > This name instance is in set 4717. broke open Mr. Ball's Shop a Linnen Draper in
Drury Lane and tooke thereout a parcell of linnen
which they sold to Mrs Coward in Sharps ally at Cow
Cross , for about thirty shillings

This Informant further saith that some short time after this
Informant with Richard Pasmore< no role > George Smith< no role > and Richard
Lawrence
< no role > quarrelled with a Gentleman in the Streets and
threw him down and then Stole his Sword and peruke
and run away with them and afterwards sold the sword
to Mr Harding a Silver Smiths in the Mint but this
Informant cannot remember where the peruke was sold

This Informant further saith that about five weekes
Since this Informant with the said Richard Pasmore< no role > George
Smith
< no role > and Richard Lawrence< no role > broke open a Haberdasher
Shop in Barbican and took thereout some black Stuffs
some & allimancoes, some thread, and some thread
laces and sold the same to Elizabeth Burton< no role > living
at a Cooks Shops in Charter house Lane a little on this
side of the sign of the red Cow
