Angel Ally in the Parish of St. Botolphs without
Bishopgate in the freedome of the Citty of London taken
on Oath before me Bastwick Johnson< no role > Esqr one of her
Maties Justices of the Peace of the Said County this 30th
of May 1713 .

Who Sayth upon her Oath that on the 22d day of Aprill last past
she was working in the roome of Hester Dart in the abovesaid
Parish and one Eliz Cheese< no role > als Shelton< no role > als Hall< no role > being then
in the roome the abovenamed Hester Dart< no role > went out and
whilst she was out she the said Elizabeth Cheese< no role > als Shelton< no role >
als Hall< no role > desir'd this Informant to fetch a pott of drink
and whilst She was gon for the drink She the said Cheese
was gon away from out of the roome and had stol'n about
twelve Ounces of Silk which was in a bag for this Informant
Saw itt before she went for the drink and when she came
back the Silk was gon with her the said Cheese
