London March ye 5th. 1712 3

Whereas Eleanor Rocke< no role > late servant to Mr.
John Stafford< no role > of the Parish of St. Mary Magdalen
old Fish street (but she the sd Eleanour Rocke
no Inhabitant of our Parish) these are to Certify
Mr. Tanner, Clerke of the Peace , or whom it
may concerne, that not with Standing, the above
sd. Eleanor Rocker< no role > did most false by and wickedly
swear her self to be with Child, by him the said John
Stafford< no role > , and that since she hath been deliver'd
two Children, (as we have been Credibly Informt)
which children are since dead, and neither she upon they [..] been
any ways chargeable, to our Parish aforesd men-
tioned, in witness whereof we have set our hands
