Complaint being this day made unto us two of Her Majties
Justices off the peace for this Citty and Liberties (Quor Unus)
bound the Church Wardens and overseers of the poor of
the parish of St. Bottolph Bishops Gate London That
one Mary< no role > the wife of Peter Gate< no role > with Mary< no role > her Young
Child came lately into your Said Parish and are likely
to become churchgate thereto Unless timely prceive abed
And whereas it appears unto as by the oath of Jeremiah
states
< no role > Father to are said Peter Gate street his said
Peter Gate was bound an Apprentice to one George
Trainger
< no role > a seeover in Holloways Court in the
Parish of St. Leonards Shoreditch Junr the County
of Middlesex by Indentures dated the 20th day of August
1698. And lived with his said Master for same time
Sheaward And hath sibre gained noe other legall
Settlement Whereby abode old judge their last Legall
Settlement to be in the said parish of St. Leonards
Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex aforesaid

These are in Her Majties. Name to require you to
remove convey and pass away the said Mary Gate< no role >
with her Said Child George and out of year said
Parish of St. Bottolph Bishops gate London and
deliver them to the Church Wardens and overseers
of the poor of the parish of St. Leonards Shoreditch
in the County of Middlesex aforesaid or to some or
one of them whom wee doe hereby require to
receive and provide for according to Laws And this
Shall be upon Warrant Given under our hands
and Seals the 16th. day of November 1708 .

To the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the parish of St. Bottolph
Bishops Gate London And to all others
whom it may Concerne.
