Menahem Levj< no role > . of London merchant maketh Oath that on
monday the thirtenth of this instant november.. or in the night of
the same day the house of him the said menahem Levj was broke
open and that then their was stollen from him four Perukes, Severall
parcells of Holland . Two Necklaces of Pearle Six Silver Spoons
one pair of Silver Buckles a Silver Salver and about fiveteen
pounds in mony three dozen of Diaper Napkins. [..]
and Severall other thing as flanders. Lace Etc wch said Silver
Buckles beinge now Shewne unto, him he is assured on his owne
and verily believe the pearles now Shewne unto him are part of
his necklaces and farther this deponent saith not

[..] Miles Water< no role > of St. Mary Magdalen , Bermonsdey in the
County of Surrey Felmonger maketh Oath that on the 15th
of November 1704 . [..] havinge reed a warrant
from the Recorder of London to Search for stollen goods
he this deponent did Search [..] of one Stephen Swift< no role >
in the parish of Bermonsdey aforesaid and in a Street of
drawers. did their finde the Silver Buckles now Shewne
unto him and claimed by Menahem Levj.. and that at
the time they were taken Henry Andrews< no role > , a lodger att Swift
house claimed the same, to be his and att the same time
their was a watch a Snuch Box and other things. taken out
the same room. but whose they are he knows not
