The Information of William Russell< no role > of the
Pish of Stepney in the County of Middx .
Horner taken upon oath before me this 11th. day
of November 1704

This Informant Saith that as he was Comeing over
the bridge be heard the said Mr. Walgrave Say he was the man
that Struck the blow and the Constable runing to take
him and he bid him return and Make Satisfactionwhich
which he said att first he would and did return Some
part of the way [..] and did deliver his Sowrd do
the Constable untill the other Gent. Mr. Robinson
bid him not return upon which the sd. Mr. Walgrave
Catcht his Sowrd out of the Seabut from the Constable
and Attemped to non the sd. Constable into the back
but was prevented by the Sowrd being broke by the said
Constable and this Informant further Saith he See
the Sd. Mr. Robinson Attempting to draw his Sowrd but
the said Informant took hold of the hilt of his Sowrd
and Came Along with him and prevented itt
